Overview

Mikan Muzou (未完夢像, みかんむぞう lit. unfinished dream figure) is a traditional Japanese fangame made by Hedgehog / Harinezumi (ハリネズミ) (Pixiv), the creator of Debris. It features darker themes similar to Yume Graffiti and Broken Bottles.

Gameplay

Goes as most traditional Yume Nikki fangames go, with the sleep and effect-collecting. Soutarou sleeps on his couch to dream, and can play a mini-game on his phone while awake.

Effect Image Description
Down Jacket (ダウンジャケット) MuzouEff01.png Soutarou wears a red jacket and becomes completely white. Pressing SHIFT turns him into a younger version on himself and makes it snow. Making it snow also makes chasers disappear.
A Pair Of Hands (りょうて) MuzouEff02.png Soutarou's head is replaced with a pair of hands. Pressing SHIFT makes him clap both his pairs of hands.
Centipede (ムカデ) MuzouEff03.png The speed effect. Soutarou becomes a fast-moving insect. Pressing SHIFT makes him duck down.
Pattern (もよう) MuzouEff04.png Soutarou's head becomes a strange square pattern. Pressing SHIFT returns you to the nexus.
Chain (くさり) MuzouEff05.png Soutarou is covered in chains, halving his speed and making metal noises when he walks. Pressing SHIFT makes him cry and shake his head. You must have the Brass Knuckles to get this effect.
Black Cat (くろねこ) MuzouEff06.png This effect allows you to see in dark places. Soutarou turns into a black cat with yellow eyes and a piercing in his left ear. Pressing SHIFT makes him meow.
Brass Knuckles (メリケンサック) MuzouEff07.png This effect allows you to attack and kill many of the NPC's. Soutarou wears a black plastic bag over his head and holds a pair of brass knuckles. Pressing SHIFT to makes him remove the bag and carry it in his hand.
Tape (テープ) MuzouEff08.png Soutarou's face is covered with red scotch tape. Pressing SHIFT cases the tape to change color, occasionally being placed on the back of his head revealing his bloodied/missing face.
Envelope (ふうとう) MuzouEff09.png Soutarou's head is replaced with a brown envelope. Pressing SHIFT opens the envelope, making a note pop out.
Picture Frame (がくぶち) MuzouEff10.png Soutarou's head is replaced with a framed portrait of him. Press SHIFT to cause the portrait to crack and become stained with something red like blood. This stops NPCs from moving.
Case/Showcase (ケース) MuzouEff12.png Soutarou becomes encased into a showcase with a large bloodstain on the back.  This effect attracts NPCs towards Soutarou. Pressing SHIFT causes him to rattle around for a second.
Black Hair (くろかみ) MuzouEff13.png Soutarou's hair turns black/dark grey. Obtained after an event.
Body (どうたい) MuzouEff14.png Soutarou turns into a headless body, halving his speed. Pressing SHIFT causes Soutarou's body to ooze blood.
Western Toilet (ようしきトイレ) MuzouEff15.png A seated Soutarou on a floating western-styled toilet seat. Pressing SHIFT causes the toilet to flush.
Distort (みだれ) MuzouEff11.png Soutarou's colors look corrupt. Pressing SHIFT causes his sprite to glitch out, playing a random beep.
Katamari (かたまり) Katamari1-0.png Soutarou slides around in a pool of black slime. Pressing SHIFT causes him to appear to vomit up more of the same slime.
Window (まど) Mado1-0.png Soutarou's head becomes a window. Pressing SHIFT causes the window to be opened, displaying a picture.
