Hareta's Effects
It should be noted that due to bugs/glitches, it is not possible to get a number of effects without directly modifying or overriding game content in RPGMaker 2003. A simple solution is to open the game in RPGMaker 2003 and use the "Test Play" command to grant one the ability to cross tiles by holding the the Control key.
