Theatre World → Cutlery World → interact with a silver fork → interact with the cake headed girl.

Twintails

(You must have the Chainsaw and the Telephone effects first)

Heart World → Deciding Street → room beside the street → kill the telephone and take its place by using Telephone effect to attract the pink figure.

Child

Library → Apartment → The Docks → Submarine → wait until the emergency alarm → Ocean Floor → interact with the egg → Child Room → interact with the egg.

Stretch/Tall/Adult

Graveyard World → Hospital → Arrow Maze → Hanging Girl → Magical Circle → Cliff → interact with the pink thing.

Gakuran (School Boy)

Garden World → The Chainlink Path → Blue Forest → Art Gallery → Monochrome Feudal Japan → castle area → island area → interact with the blue skin Gakuran.

Trombone

(You must have the Lantern or the Rainbow effect first)

Geometry World → Broken Face Area → Baddies Bar → use Lantern or Rainbow effect to open one of the zips on the wall (be careful of the chasers inside the chamber) → interact with the flashing man with a trombone.

Tissue

Mushroom World → White Mushroom Field → White Fern World → climb the tower → interact with the tissue.

Little Red Riding Hood

Mushroom World → Elvis Masada's Place → Crossing Line → Apartment → UFO → apple button → Fairy Tale Woods B → interact with the apple tree.

Polygon

Toy World → Gray Road → Grass World → Warehouse → interact with the moving polygon.

Marginal

Geometry World → Broken Face Area → interact with the Marginal.

Teru Teru Bozu

Toy World → Gray Road → Grass World → Floating Stone World → Dark Alleys → interact with the Teru Teru Bozu.

Bat

(You must have the Teru Teru Bozu and the Rainbow effects first)

Marijuana Goddess World → Dark Room → Konami Codes → Tribe Settlement → Teru Teru Bozu + Rainbow → interact with the demon.

OR

(You must have the Invisible effect first)

Marijuana Goddess World → Dark Room → Sewer A → Japan Town → Sewer B → Monochrome Feudal Japan → FC Basement (use Invisible effect to go pass the eye) → Tribe Settlement → interact with the demon.

Boy

Geometry World → enter the lone doorway → interact the object until it's red → go out and interact with the outline boy.

Chainsaw

Graveyard World → pass a vomiting suit → Hospital → first door of the last hallway → Hospital Outskirt → Vomiting Suits World → go through the vomiting diamond on the left for 3 times → interact with the chainsaw.

Lantern

Forest World → Underground → interact with the lantern.

Fairy

Purple World → Black Building → interact the fairy.

Spacesuit

Theatre World → Square-square World → Flying Fish World → interact the spacesuit.

Glasses

(You better have the Lantern effect first)

Geometry World → Dark Museum → interact with the glasses.

Rainbow

Theatre World → interact with the rainbow.

Wolf

Mushroom World → Bug Maze → Sign World → Teleport Maze → [right, right, up, right, right] → interact with the wolf boy.

Eyeball Bomb

Toy World → Day and Night Tower → Mini-maze → interact with the eyeball bomb.

Telephone

Marijuana Goddess World → Dark Room → Onimusume Room → interact with the black telephone.

Penguin

Urotsuki's Dream Apartments → interact with the game console.

Insect/Bug

(You must have the Chainsaw effect first)

Mushroom World → Bug Maze → Scenic Outlook → attack the creature on the top → avoid the creature and interact with the gray pillar → interact with the bug suit.

Spring

Library → Apartment → tunnel → interact with the red eye NPC → enter the door → interact with the green haired NPC.

Invisible

(You must have the Chainsaw effect first)

Forest World → Chocolate World → Stone Maze → Bowling Zone → chainsaw the girl → Invisible Maze → follow Yukata's facing direction → interact with the purple silhouette.
