As someone who knows a fair deal of Japanese, I found this game rather enjoyable. Frustrating at times, but enjoyable all the same.
The reason things don't translate into English well is the majority of text/dialogue is either (1) essentially nonsensical or (2) meme-related (hence the alternative title, Neta Dream).
