Interact with the red book stand. Go left and enter the house surrounded by trees. Go right and down into the basement. Interact with the corpse between the closets and the plant. After some dialogue you'll get some money from the corpse when you interact with it. You need to interact with the corpse at least four times to get the money you need.
Leave the house and go north-east until you reach a small crop field. Go right from the crop field and interact with the well. Go right and into the entryway. Go down and cross the bridge. Cross the bridge to your left and talk to the Merchant. She'll sell you the effect.
Red Hood
Interact with the red book stand. Go left and enter the house surrounded by trees. Go right and down into the basement. Interact with the corpse wearing the red hood.
Beauty
Interact with the yellow book stand. Go down a little bit then go right. Go up a path between a cluster of trees with flowers at the entrance and enter the mansion. Interact with the chest on the floor.
