Action: (Shift) The phone rings and Luke holds it to his head, warping him to the nexus.
Location: Found in the Road.
Practical Uses: Can be used to warp back to the nexus.
In the nexus, take the first path south of the entrance. Go northwest and enter the building. Head southeast and down the road. Interact with the telephone.

After exiting the dream bedroom, interact with the blue NPC in the nexus.
