Cowgirl Outfit
Enter the door with number 1 on it, talk with a black NPC known as George, answer sure on his question and you will get effect automatically.
Game Girl
After getting Cowboy Outfit you will be sent in Yeehaw Land, go north and talk with George again, on his question answer Okay, sure and you will be sent in his home. Interact with the handheld console on the table from the right to get effect.
Floaties
Enter the far left in nexus door, go north in next area, interact with the floaties near the pool/waterfall to get effect.
