Hairball (けだま)
Appearance: Mimitsuki becomes a ball of fur.

Location: Found in the Yarn World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the green yarn door. Go south-west and interact with the white creature standing next to bowl of yarn balls.
Bell (すず)
Appearance: Mimitsuki wears a bell around her neck.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) The bell rings.
Location: Found in the Bell World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the red bell door. Go south-east and interact with the bell on the ground under a red cord.
Appearance: Mimitsuki's head is replaced with a cat toy.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Mimitsuki is teleported to the Nexus.
Location: Found in the Bright Woods.
Practical Uses: Allows you to quickly return to the Nexus.
Enter the door with paper airplanes on it. Go straight up until you hit a wall. Go right and enter the hole obscured behind two trees. Interact with the cat toy on the ground.
Mug (マグカップ)
Appearance: Mimitsuki holds a mug.
Passive Effect: None.

Location: Found in the Pawprint World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the paw-print door. Go north-east and interact with the mug on the ground.
Cart (カート)
Appearance: Mimitsuki rides in a purple cart.
Passive Effect: Mimitsuki's movement speed increases.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Symbols World.
Practical Uses: Used to travel through the dream world faster.
Enter the field door. Go north-east and interact with the cart surrounded by various symbols.
Kotatsu (こたつ)
Appearance: Mimitsuki lays in a kotatsu.
Passive Effect: Mimitsuki's movement speed decreases and snow begins to fall.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Snow Bunny World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the diamond door. Go south-east from the door and enter the igloo with a triangular blue sign to the left of the entrance. Interact with the kotatsu inside.
Box (はこ)
Appearance: Mimitsuki sits in a cardboard box.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Mimitsuki falls asleep for a second.
Location: Found in the Cheese World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the yellow door. Go north from the door and interact with the box with the cat face on it.
Bag (ふくろ)
Appearance: Mimitsuki becomes a light blue plastic bag.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) The bag becomes black and white.
Location: Found in the Coral Shore.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the coral ocean door. Go north-east and interact with the plastic bag floating near some rocks.
Santa Clothes (サンタふく)
Appearance: Mimitsuki wears a Santa suit.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Mimitsuki holds up a present that opens then disappears.
Location: Found in the Sewing World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the diamond door. Go right from the door until you hit a set of trees, the go up and enter the snow mound with a triangle to the right of the entrance. Interact with the object on the ground to be teleported to a world full of buttons. Make your way to the right until you're standing at the right-most edge of the brown platform, then go down and interact with the wrapped present box.
Katsuobushi (かつおぶし)
Appearance: Mimitsuki holds some katsuobushi in her mouth.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Sea Fish Room.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the coral ocean door. Go south-west and interact with the bubble. Go north from the bubble and enter the house. Interact with the light switch, then interact with the open wardrobe.
Boater/Straw Hat (カンカンぼう)
Appearance: Mimitsuki wears a straw hat.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the White Cat's Room.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the purple paw-print door. Go south-east from the door and interact with the white gate. Interact with the tube of paint to reach a road. Go left and enter the brown door on the other side of the path. In the hallway area go down and interact with the painting on the wall (on the second path to the left). Go right and interact with the giant cat.
Human (にんげん)
Appearance: Mimitsuki becomes human; her cat ears are replaced with a blue bow.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found on the top floor of the Red Apartment.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the red bell door. Go south-east and enter the large bell. Walk up the torii path until you see a branch on the ground to your right. Interact with the branch. Go down and interact with the red ball to be teleported to the apartment area. Go up to the third floor and interact with the door under the red and yellow sign. Inside the room, interact with the person sitting on the floor.
Events
Sewing World View
Enter the diamond door. Go right from the door until you hit a set of trees, the go up and enter the snow mound with a triangle to the right of the entrance. Interact with the object on the ground to be teleported to a world full of buttons. On the southern part of the platform is what appears to be a giant bent pin. Interacting with it will take the player room showing two NPCs sitting together. These NPCs cannot be interacted with.
Ending
Collect all of the effects. Wake up and interact with the door in your bedroom to view the ending.
