Overview
Older is a fangame by Xom which stars a person named Takashi (たかし), who is speculated by many fans to be a soldier of sorts. He/She can access the dream world through an old projector. The current version is 0.031.
Gameplay
Older is like most Yume Nikki fangames, but the focus is more on collecting the 4 effects scattered throughout Takashi's "dream" world. Takashi enter's the dream world from what apears to be an oldfashioned projector/camera. You save at the typerwriter, but there is also the option to save from the menu.
Plot
The "dream world" seems to consist of Takashi's memories/thoughts, many of which involving soldiers, tanks, or old-fashioned things.

After collecting all 4 effects and attempting to leave,, a soldier shoots Takashi's and as time passes, Takashi's room wears down and then the player controls a young Funetsuki, the protagonist of Xom's other fangame, Tec .
Effects
There are only 4 effects in game, after collecting all effects and attempting to leave Takashi's room views the Ending.
- Pitchfork (もリ)- Takashi's carries a pitchfork that acts as their weapon.
- Grey Hair (しらが)- Takashi's hair becomes a silver-grey.
- Wheel (しゃりん)- Takashi becomes an old-fashioned wooden wheel that doubles their speed.
- Wire (はりがね)- Takashi becomes a wire outline of themself.
