Introduction


You will begin the game in Resa's bedroom. You can also leave through the door and explore the rest of the house, with many objects to examine. This can only be done during night-time; if the player tries to leave the bedroom during the day (indicated by light coming through the window on the left) Resa will refuse. Sleeping in the bed will take you to the dream world.

Interacting with the gray object next to the window in Resa's dream bedroom allows you to enable Epilepsy Mode, which turns off some of the flashing images in the game. Turning this mode on is recommended for epileptic/photosensitive players.

Effects Guide


Scooter

Appearance: Resa rides on an orange scooter.

Passive Effect: Resa's moving speed increases.

Action: None.

Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the dream world faster.

Enter World 5. Go down between the tall yellow plants then go right. You should see an orange scooter placed south of a dirt path. Interact with the scooter to get the effect.

Mushroom

Appearance: Resa turns into a mushroom.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Spores fly out from Resa's head. Resa will flash white for a second after that.

Practical Uses: None.

Enter World 2. Go up until the entrance is off-screen then go left and interact with the purple and blue nail. Go south-east and interact with the white ball. Go into the tunnel north of you, then enter the tunnel to your left and interact with the brown warp object on the other side. Go south-west to the pink object and interact with it to get the effect.

Snare

Appearance: Resa has a snare drum for a head.

Passive Effect: Resa's moving speed increases.

Action: (Shift) Resa spins around and plays the drum.

Practical Uses: None.

Enter World 4. Go down two roads from the house then head right. Enter the house with green goo coming out of its windows. Once inside, go left and interact with the snare drum on the ground.

Claymore

Appearance: Resa wields a claymore as a weapon.

Passive Effect: NPCs will move away from Resa while this effect's equipped.

Action: (Z) When interacting with a NPC, Resa will attack them. (Shift) Resa swings the claymore.

Practical Uses: Used to kill NPCs.

Enter World 5. Head south directly from the entrance and interact with the TV on the ground. In the area you're warped to, go north several steps then head left. Interact with the smiling TV on the ground at a diagonal dead-end path. Enter the doorway to your right to reach a balcony. Interact with the claymore on the ground.

Wizard

Appearance: Resa is dressed as a wizard.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Resa teleports to the Nexus.

Practical Uses: Used to return to the Nexus quickly.

(The path to this effect contains flashing images.)

Enter World 3. Go south-east from the door and interact with white multi-eyed creature with splashes of color on the bottom. Once the area turns grayscale, head north and walk off-screen. You'll now be in a hallway with floating pink objects. Go right then enter the dark door on the right side of the branching pathway.

You'll arrive in a darker hallway. Go right and interact with the second set of gold curtains that you see. Go right again and enter the first door you see. Go right a third time and interact with the first gold curtain you see. Go left and enter the door at the end of the hall. Interact with the star on the ground to get the effect.

Colourless

Appearance: Resa becomes colorless.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Resa becomes semi-transparent.

Practical Uses: None.

Angel

Appearance: Resa becomes an angel.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Resa's hair changes color and it begins raining.

Practical Uses: None.

Enter World 5. Head down a few steps then left from the entrance. You should reach a large patch of tall yellow flowers with some bright pink and purple flowers placed in the center. Make your way into the center of the flower patch and interact with the purple flower to the right of the pink one.

This'll take you to a crossroads area. Take the path going right until you reach a pair of rockets facing a fast-moving multicolored screen. Interact with the screen to a snowy area with little angels walking around. Go north-east from where you're teleported and interact with the little black angel to get the effect.

Resa

Appearance: Resa's hair returns to its real-world length.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Practical Uses: None.

Enter World 1. Go south-east from the door and look for a 4x4 square of purple cylinders with a blue object in the middle. Interacting with this blue object gives you the effect.

Coyote

Appearance: Resa has the ears and tail of a coyote.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Resa pulls out a bow. Pressing Shift a second time makes Resa put away the bow.

Practical Uses: Can be used to reveal hidden objects/areas.

Enter World 2. Go straight down from the entrance and interact with the bow and arrow set on the ground.

Forest Spirit

Appearance: Resa becomes a green forest spirit.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: None.

Practical Uses: Required for an event.

Water Elemental

Appearance: Resa becomes a water elemental with long teal hair and a teal dress.

Passive Effect: None.

Action: (Shift) Resa flashes white for a second and a splashing sound effect plays.

Practical Uses: None.

Enter World 5. Go several steps right from where the scooter is then go south. Enter the hole in the ground to reach a forest area. Go down, right, up, right, down, right, up, right, down and right once more. You should now be standing on a vertical dirt path. Head down and interact with one of the eight-shaped pink NPCs to change the scenery.

It will now be darker and the dirt paths will be replaced with water paths. Head back up the path to your left to the entrance of the maze from earlier. Starting at the maze's entrance, go left, up, left, up and left again. You should now be in a small lake with a NPC sitting in the middle. Interact with the NPC to get the effect.

Events


Whiteboard

Leave your room at night, go around the corner, and interact with the whiteboard in the living room every night. Each night new dialogue is available. This event continues for 10 nights.

Journal

Interacting with the journal in your bedroom gives you the option to view its contents and write in it. More content will be added to the journal as you progress through the game. The following interactions will add new sentences to the journal:

  • Interacting with the right side of the mirror in the bathroom in Resa's house.
  • Interacting with the girl in World 6, which adds The Idol to your party.
  • Using the Angel effect to make it rain in the world where the effect is obtained. This will make a black stem appear in front of the ice castle (found south-west of the NPC that gives you the Angel effect).
  • Entering the world where the Mushroom effect is obtained for the first time.

Ending


With all 11 effects found, use the Claymore on the girl in world 6. Exit the door with the Resa effect equipped.

Leave your room and interact with the door on the right side of the living room; this closes the game.
