Al Ree is the main character of N'oubliez Jamais. According to the menu screen, he is a prophet.
Appearance
Al Ree has chin-length white hair, which is slightly spiked and messy in the back. His wardrobe consists of a light teal shirt and a red jacket, with black pants and brown shoes.
Al's eyes are not closed like many protagonists, and are a dull shade of green.
Personality
Al Ree's personality seems to rely heavily on the memories you gather.
In general, he is a seemingly pessimistic and lethargic person, judging by his comments on the memories ingame. He appears to expect the worst of things at times (Such as his "Happy: Park" memory), and also seems to have a short temper due to the time limits some dreams have.
But past that, all personality aspects seem to come entirely from his memories. His "Rage" memories show him to be a spoiled brat, his "Happy" memories portray him in a more gentle/peaceful light, "Cruel" memories show him to be depressed and detached, and "Illusion" show him to push reality away in favor of his mind.
It should be noted that in earlier versions of the game, Al Ree's personality was a lot more childlike as seen in some of the memories. Examples include the "Happy: Dad" memory ("Yay! I saved daddy!") and he even uses a smiley emoticon in the "Illusion: Devil" memory ("I escaped the devil...my bed is my fortress :)" )
