School Clothes
Enter the Runtime World. Enter the tent. Go down and take the second path on the right. Interact with the gem.
Wings
Enter the Spraycan World. Go north-west to a purple cube. Go up the ladder onto the cube and interact with the orange gem.
Normal Clothes
Effect is in your inventory by default.
Headband
Enter the Runtime World. Go south-east and follow the grass path to another path further down the cliff. Interact with the orb.
Sailor Clothes
Enter the Darkness World. Go north-west and enter the building with a garage door. Interact with the pirate ship.
Orb Locations
Orb 1
Enter the Runtime World. Enter the tent. Go down and take the second path on the left. Interact with the pink orb.
Orb 2
Enter the Runtime World. Enter the tent. Take the first path on the left. Interact with the blue orb.
Orb 3
Enter the Spraycan World. Go south-east and interact with the red orb.
Orb 4
Enter the Spraycan World. Go north-west to a purple cube. Head north behind the cube and interact with the orb.
Orb 5
Enter the Darkness World. Go north-west and enter the small building behind the building that you get the Sailor Clothes effect from. Go north-west and interact with the light blue crystal. Go left to the path. Go left again. Interact with the green orb.
Orb 6
Enter the Darkness World. Go north-west and enter the small building behind the building that you get the Sailor Clothes effect from. Go north-west and interact with the light blue crystal. Go left to the path. Find and go along the grass/dirt path towards the bottom-left of the area. Go left and interact with the orb.
Orb 7
(Note: You must have collected Orbs 1-6 to obtain this orb).
Enter the Darkness World. Go north-west and enter the building with a garage door. Go right and interact with the chest. Go inside the chest. Go left and interact with the orb.
Orb 8
Collect all 7 orbs in the dream world. Wake up and go out to the balcony. Interact with the orb.
Ending
Collect the 8 orbs. Wake up and interact with the bedroom door. Go north to the end of the path to see the ending.
