(You must have the Chainsaw and the Telephone effect first)
Heart World → Deciding Street → room beside the street → kill the telephone and take its place by using Telephone effect to attract the pink figure.

Gakuran (School Boy)
Garden World → The Chainlink Path → Blue Forest → Art Gallery → Monochrome Feudal Japan → castle area → island area → interact with the blue skin Gakuran.
Trombone
Geometry World → Broken Face Area → Baddies Bar → use Lantern or Rainbow effect to open one of the four zips on the wall (be careful of the chasers inside the chamber) → interact with the flashing man with a trombone.

Graveyard World → pass a vomiting suit → Hospital → first door of the last hallway → Hospital Outskirt → Vomiting Suits World → go through the vomiting diamond for 3 times → interact with the chainsaw.
