Effects Guide
This guide shows the fastest way to collect the effects, if you still can't access the 5 worlds from nexus please check the Doors Guide section.
Match
Go to Snow World and find a girl, interact with her gives you the Match effect.
Nail Bat
Go to Snow World and find a colorful light on the floor, go on it and arrive to the Church, enter the entrance on the top and arrive to the School, go up to 4th floor and go to the other side, go into the center door you will find a nail bat is behind the closet, interact with it gives you the Nail Bat effect.
Porcelain Doll
Go to Dark Maze and enter a blue door to the Blue City, then find a blue box that has a flashing screen and interact with it takes you to the Doll World, find a small doll that has face, interact with it gives you the Porcelain Doll effect.
Pigtails
Go to Dark Maze and find the white thorns, interact with them leads you to Silent Hill then find a hole on the street that leads you to Smoke Stack World, find a entrance to the tower and go to the top you will find two big pigtails on the rooftop, interact with them gives you the Pigtails effect.
Rabbit
Go to Snow World and find a colorful light on the floor, go on it and arrive to the Church, interact with a red thing in the left sits, arrive to the candle path and go left until you reach a candle, use Match effect to light up the candle and turn back right will lead you to the Rose Garden, just go to the bottom path until you reach the place that has a rabbit, interact with it gives you the Rabbit effect.
Flower Crown
Go to Mural World and find a white flower in front of the murals, interact with it gives you Flower Crown effect.
Horns
Go to Mirror World and find a mirror that shows an entrance behind Usotsuki, go into the hidden entrance will lead you to the White Plains, find an ox head on a stick and interact with it gives you the Horns effect.
Proto
Go to Star World and find the entrance to the Starry Path to the White Chess World, go to the Black Chess World and go between the Queens to the Red Room, interact with the center wall behind the thorn without effect and arrive to Usotsuki's Dream House, go through the hallway and arrive to Usotsuki's Dream Room that has a man inside, interact with the desk gives you the Proto effect.
Snow Bug
Go to Dark Maze and find the white thorns, interact with them leads you to Silent Hill then find a hole on the street that leads you to Smoke Stack World, find a white light that leads to Snowy Forest and find 2 withered trees that have a light on the branch, go between them leads you to the snow bug place, interact with it gives you the Snow Bug effect.
Sack
Go to Rainbow Forest World and find a sack that surrounded by the trees, interact with it gives you the Sack effect.
Straw Hat
Go to Sand Desert World and go straight to the bottom until you reach an entrance that leads to Crimson Path, go straight down and interact with the capillary takes you to the Flower Field, go up to the fence and walk horizontally you can find a flower tides with ribbon, interact with it gives you the Straw Hat effect.
Eyeball Box
Go to Mirror World and find a box, interact with it gives you the Eyeball Box effect.
Scarf
Go to Sand Desert World and find a scarf NPC on bottom left corner, interact with it gives you the Scarf effect.
Chimera
Go to Mural World and go to the bottom until you reach 2 red sticks, go between them leads you to Orange Tiles Path and interact with the Hell Block in there takes you to Red Bubbles Maze, find another Hell Block to the Sewer and go into a railing hole to a room with a NPC, interact with it gives you the Chimera effect.
Thorns
Go to Snow World and find a colorful light on the floor, go on it and arrive to the Church, enter the entrance on the top and arrive to the School, go down to the underground passage to the Hospital, go up to the rooftop and use Snow Bug effect to enter the small hole, interact with the thorns gives you the Thorns effect.
Ocarina
Go to Mural World and go to the bottom until you reach 2 red sticks, go between them leads you to Orange Tiles Path and interact with the Hell Block in there takes you to Red Bubbles Maze, find another Hell Block to the Egg World and find a white egg house that has another egg house in there, go into the egg house repeatedly until you reach the ocarina, interact with it gives you the Ocarina effect.
Bottled
Go to Dark Maze and find the white thorns, interact with them leads you to Silent Hill, find a puddle of blood in a parking mall that leads you to the Inner Silent Hill, find 2 pillar that leads you to the Plant Teleport Maze, in the first saperated way choose right and the second choose left, until you reach a wooden stick that leads you to a girl behind a bush, interact with her gives you Bottled effect.
Kaleidoscope Wheel
Go to Dark Maze and find the white thorns, interact with them leads you to Silent Hill then find a hole on the street that leads you to Smoke Stack World, find a white light that leads to Snowy Forest and go into the Cube House, enter the television to the Gameboy World A, enter the building and walk left to a stair to the Gameboy Dungeon, in the saperated way go to the upper-right stair to a beach and interact a giraffe NPC takes you to Gameboy Maze, find an exit to the Gameboy Tower and go straight up until you reach the rooftop, interact with the sky gives you Kaleidoscope Wheel effect.
Cage
Go to the Amoeba World and find a green plant to the Library, go into the closet that opens to the Cage Mansion, go right until you find a clock cat, go bottom and climb the ladder to a room that has a cage, interact with it gives you Cage effect.
Doors Guide
There have 5 doors that don't appear on the nexus when you first enter, you must find another way to enter the 5 worlds, after you arrived to each of the 5 worlds, a door will apear in the nexus and that world can be accessed from the nexus.
Mural World
Go to Star World and find a crystal, interact with it takes you to Crystal World, enter a small door beside a big box, go to the end until you reach the room that has something watching you from the window and interact with the crystal to an abstract passage, go through the passage leads you to the Mural World.
Red Sea
Go to Snow World and find a colorful light on the floor, go on it and arrive to the Church, interact with a red thing in the left sits, arrive to the candle path and go left until you reach a candle, use Match effect to light up the candle and turn back right will lead you to the Rose Garden, go right and go bottom right you will find a tree with hole, go into the hole takes you to the Red Sea.
Rainbow Forest World
Go to Dark World and enter a blue door to the Blue City, then find a street light and interact with it takes you to the Rainbow Forest World.
Mirror World
Go to Mural World and go to the bottom until you reach 2 red sticks, go between them leads you to Orange Tiles Path and interact with the Hell Block in there takes you to Red Bubbles Maze, find another Hell Block to the White Tiles Path and arrive to the Mirror World.
Amoeba World
Go to Dark Maze and find the white thorns, interact with them leads you to Silent Hill then find a hole on the street that leads you to Smoke Stack World, find a white light that leads to Snowy Forest and go into the Cube House, go right to the TV room and interact with the TV to the Gameboy World A, go into the building and go up until you reach the exit, walk to the end leads you to the Amoeba World.
