Hi ! The Missing File error is caused by your system locale. This game supposedly cannot be run on a non-Japanese encoded computer. Using methods I won't describe here, I think I've been able to rename the game files to correspond to the 'mbcs' system locale, which is probably the one used by Latin-Alphabet-encoded Windows computers, as well as the one your system uses while trying to open files. It seems that I accidentally deleted the patch in question (both on MEGA, thanks MEGASync ; and on my computer, because I thought it was still hosted on MEGA) so I'll remake the name patch and rehost it, gimme a minute.
