Those two effects are not obtainable because of an issue. I was not aware of this when I made this version (v0.02) so I never made a patch or update to fix this. Since then I have moved on to making v0.04, which will be a huge update that will change all of the places anyway. Save files for v0.04 are also planned to be usable in future versions as well (v0.05, v0.06, ... ), so I figured it wasn't worth fixing this since I found out about it so late.
However, I just went back and made a patch to make these two effects obtainable. Both should be in the desert (Lucky Coin top right, Poker Chip bottom right). I put them there to make the patch simple.
Download this file and place it in the 'Data' folder, replacing the old one.
For the 'fourth wig', I don't remember where everything is from this version. The Lucky Coin effect should allow you to reach a small area that might have what you are looking for? I attached a map I made months ago, using the effect on a vending machine should take you there.
