I could be entirely wrong about that, but I think there could be a fourth effect that is the weapon for this game. I happened to found in the CharSet file sprites of Kai holding what seems to be a syringe. Maybe it could've just not be implemented in the current version, but I doubt it because the content warning note warns about the presence of needles in-game, while I didn't found any kind of medical instrument. Can anyone verify that, please ?
