Not sure if anyone has encountered this problem, but...

Whenever I'm playing any game that requires RPGMaker RTP 2000 (such as Yume Nikki, etc.), the controls seem to be severely bugged, as in the character constantly goes up and left.  Anyone got an idea on how to go about fixing this?
