Does anyone know how to change Wine's local to Japanese? I keep getting Mojibake and this's also preventing me from downloading rpg2000rtp. So some of the fangames I try to open give me this "RPG????2000??????"
Another problem I'm having is that whenever I use Wine to open up games like Akuma I get "The RPG Maker 2003 Runtime Package is not present or not registered" even though I've already downloded RPG Maker 2003 rtp.
