I just downloaded De I Cide, and I downloaded the bugfix as well to replace the problem files. Also ran it with AppLocale, but I keep getting this message:

I also get the same exact error message with Yume Nisshi, which is why I have not been able to play it. Does anyone know how to fix this ??
