Ok This always happens in Japanese Games You dont need RPG Maker what you need is 2000RTP Download it On the Installation Guide of Yume 2kki. Then after downloading it Open applocale Then set It to Japanese 日本語. Then it will be Added On a Folder or desktop after Installing it. Use Applocale on the Fangame Then After That Open the Game and LAST THING TO DO IS..........PLAY
