As far as I know, there hasn't been any new areas added (or at least none that anyone's found/mentioned).
Although, the Toy World was changed a huge amount and one of the rooms in the Dark Room was changed (the one where you had to put in the Konami code, there's now just a statue that'll take you to the tribe settlement). A few wallpapers got updated too I believe.
