Hi there, this issue is common and is related to RPGM200X's automatic full screen. A possible fix for this is:

  1. Create a shortcut of the RPG_RT.exe file (the shortcut can be placed anywhere).
  2. In the shortcut options, find the option to run the game in a window.
  3. Run the game from the shortcut.

If this still causes errors, try using the shortcut options to run the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP.
