Location: Found in the Tubes Maze.

Take the east path in the Nexus to a cave-like walkway. Go east and take the path going south. After that go west until you reach another path going south. Head down then go east again and into the white entryway. Go right and enter the tube.
Move right along the tube. At the fork in the road, choose the path going right and you'll pop out on a platform on the other side. Enter the next tube and keep going. Go into the blue pipe on top. At the fork in the path, choose the first path going north. Go around and go down when you reach another fork in the path. You should pop out at the end with the effect already equipped.
Rock
It's a rock.
Appearance: Chui turns into stone.
Passive Effect: Chui's movement speed decreases.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Night-time Forest.
Practical Uses: None.
Take the south path in the Nexus to a forest area. Go south-west and look for an open area that's roughly oval-shaped and has a dirt mound next to a tree. Interact with the dirt mound then interact with the rock.
A hat
It's a hat.
Appearance: Chui wears a purple-blue hat.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Dream Shop.
Practical Uses: None.

Take the north path in the Nexus to where two doorways are. Enter the doorway on the right. Interact with the hat on the stand and buy it.

Take the north path in the Nexus to where two doorways are. Enter the doorway on the right. Interact with the ZZZs on the stand and buy it.
Key
Take the south path in the Nexus to a forest area. Go south-west and try to reach a huge purple cat. There will be a green NPC standing beside the cat. Interact with the NPC and they'll run offscreen. Go slightly south-west and interact with the NPC again, who'll run back to where they first were. Interact with them one last time to get the key.
