Start or continue the game, sleep in the bed to enter the dream world. Exit the balcony and go to the Nexus (upper left door). Go to the upper left door to enter the Blood World. Travel north-east to find the hole that leads you to the Sewers. Head right, then up, then left and enter the metal door that takes you to the Staircase Maze. Travel south-east, it was kind of hard for me to get there the first time I got it, so if you're struggling a bit, follow where I went and then you'll get the effect. This effect will double your speed
