Overview

dream book (ドリームブック, internally known as うじ虫 (Ujimushi, Maggot)) is a fangame developed by nanahusi and marisyan, creator of Musuu (夢数) and the co-creator of sick mind. The game follows Gorotsuki (ごろつき) and her dreams.

Gameplay

dream book is like most Yume Nikki Fangames, where the main objective is exploration and collecting effects. Gorotsuki dreams from her bed and saves at the desk. The game has no music outside of the save and title theme, the later inaudible due to a bug.

While only 4 effects are available in-game, a total of 6 were programmed in ver.0.00, and the game's image files hint toward a wide variety of effects and characters that had yet to be implemented.

After getting at least one effect, it is impossible to wake up without the game crashing and showing this error message: 無効な特殊技能が指定されました。(Translation - Invalid special skill was specified).
