Effects Guide
Bike/Motorcycle (バイク)
Ride a Bike
Appearance: Urotsuki rides a motorcycle, donning a helmet and goggles.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki travels at double her walking speed.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki does a wheelie in place.
Location: Found in Garden World in the middle of a circle of six giant buds.
Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the dream world much faster, chase fast-moving NPCs, and escape from chasers more easily.
Garden World (two small flowers) → Go north-east from the entrance until you reach a circle of six giant buds. Interact with the motorcycle.

Garden World → Go up from the entrance until you reach the side of a pink building with two keyholes/doors on them. → Go right until there are two large buds above you then go up. Interact with the motorcycle.
Boy (おとこのこ)
Become a Boy
Appearance: Urotsuki has shorter hair, wears shorts and a blue shirt with the letter “B” on it.
Passive Effect: Certain NPCs react differently to her with this effect, including Seishonen and the Blue Beret Twin.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki sits down/stands back up again.
Location: Found in Geometry World through the lone doorway near the main entrance.
Practical Uses: Urotsuki is able to use the male facilities in bathrooms.
Geometry World (green pyramid)→ Go up and slightly left of the entrance and enter the lone doorway (not attached to a building). → Interact with the object at the end of the hallway until it stops changing colour. → Go out and interact with the outline boy.
Chainsaw (チェーンソー)
Wield a Chainsaw
Appearance: Urotsuki holds a chainsaw.
Passive Effect: NPCs may move away from her or show a different expression.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki slices the space in front of her with the chainsaw.
Location: Found at the Hospital Outskirts.
Practical Uses: This effect allows Urotsuki to kill or injure NPCs (which sometimes leave behind money) and break open certain doorways.
Graveyard World (tombstone) → Go left and up from the entrance. → Go up through the vomiting heart's mouth. → Go left and enter the door. → Go left and through the hallway next to the seats. → Keep going left through the halls until you reach a hallway where the middle door is boarded up. → Enter the door to the right of it. → Go left until you reach the Hospital Outskirts. → Go down until you reach another wall. → Go left and step on the red circle. → Go straight to the right from where you're teleported and enter the mouth of a vomiting diamond three times. → Interact with the chainsaw.
Lantern (カンテラ)
Hold a Lantern
Appearance: Urotsuki holds a lantern.
Passive Effect: Darkened areas will automatically be lightened (the amount of light given off varies).
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki holds up the lantern which makes the flame grow for a second.
Location: Found underground in Forest World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to lightened a wider area of the Dark Museum temporarily when the action button is pressed. It can also be used to burn NPCs for coins and open the zipper doors in the Baddies Bar.
Forest World (white object) → Go up and right from the entrance. Look for and enter the hole sectioned off by traffic cones and a yellow sign → Underground → At the first intersection near the cave's entrance, go down. Keep going down until you reach the bottom-most wall. → Go right (and up/down when necessary) and you should find a red lantern at a dead-end which will give you the effect.
Fairy (ようせい)
Become a Fairy
Appearance: Urotsuki is a small fairy.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki can float over gaps and can fit through small holes.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki flies in in a small circle whilst casting a spell.
Location: Found in Purple World in the Black Building.
Practical Uses: Can be used to float over gaps, and can cause NPCs to react differently.
Purple World (purple and green honeycomb)→ Go down and left from the entrance (going right until you can go left). → Find a narrow path going left and head down it. → Enter the large honeycomb at the end of the path to reach the Dark building. → Once inside, take the elevator in front of you. → Enter the door at the end of the hall. → Interact with the blue orb in the cage.
Spacesuit (うちゅうふく)
Wear a Spacesuit
Appearance: Urotsuki wears a spacesuit.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki can float over gaps and can fit through small holes, but her floating speed is slower than the Fairy effect.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki does a frontflip in place.
Location: Found in Flying Fish World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to enter Space from Tapir-San's Place, as well as float over gaps.
- You will need the Lantern effect for the Dark Museum.
Geometry World → Go left and up from the entrance. Enter the door to the Dark Museum. → Equip the Lantern effect, go up and enter the door. → Enter the door at the end of the hallway. → In the main area, go left and interact with the yellow box. → Flying Fish World → Navigate your way through the elevator system. You will eventually find the effect lying on the ground.
Glasses (めがね)
Put on Glasses
Appearance: Urotsuki wears glasses.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki adjusts her glasses.
Location: Found on a pedestal through the right doorway in the main area of the Dark Museum.
Practical Uses: Can be used to reveal hidden items, and alters the appearance of certain objects. It is required for accessing ED06.
- You better have the Lantern effect first.
Geometry World (green pyramid)→ Go left and up from the entrance. → Enter the door to the Dark Museum. → Equip the Lantern effect, go up and enter the door. → Go down the hallway and enter the door at the end of it. → In the main area, enter the doorway to the right that is between two plants. → Go right, up and interact with the glasses on the pedestal.
Rainbow (にじ)
Become a Rainbow
Appearance: Urotsuki's model is a rainbow gradient (except her eyes).
Passive Effect: The door to Toy World in the Nexus changes colors.
Action: (Pushing the action button) The screen flashes white.
Location: Found in Theatre World.
Practical Uses: This effect illuminates obscured tiles or objects, and can generate a rainbow in some rainy areas.
Rock World(triangular rock)→ Go west until you reach cardboard castle. Enter into it. → In Theatre World head up and interact with the rainbow.

Forest World (white object)→ Go right from the entrance. Interact with the white chocolate bar to reach Chocolate World. → Go right to the dark chocolate path and go up until you see a purple and yellow tree to your right. → Interact with the tree to reach Stone Maze. → Go all the way to the right. Use the Fairy effect to cross the gap. → Go down, take the second path going right and go up. → Step on the circle to reach the Spelling Room.
Enter the doors to spell out UROTSUKI, then enter the door with the arrow above it. → Go down and enter the large hole to Theatre World. → Head up from the ladder and interact with the rainbow.
Wolf (おおかみ)
Grow the ears and tail of a Wolf
Appearance: Urotsuki has wolf ears and a tail.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki howls.
Location: Found in the Teleport Maze in Sign World.
Practical Uses: Most NPCs will move away from her when she howls. Notably, this effect can be equipped on top of the Motorcycle effect for a mixed effect, allowing you to howl while on the motorcycle.
Mushroom World → Go down a little bit and left from the entrance. → Interact with the green teleporter → Bug Maze → Go: Left, second Up, Right, Up as far as you can, Right, Up and Left → Interact with the gray sign → Sign World → Go left and down from where you spawn. → Interact with the blue sign. → Teleport Maze → [right, right, up, right, right] → Go right and interact with the wolf boy.
Eyeball Bomb (めだまばくだん)
Become an Eyeball Bomb
Appearance: Urotsuki's head becomes an eyeball bomb.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki's eye closes and her head explodes.
Location: Found in the Mini-Maze in Toy World.
Practical Uses: This effect allows Urotsuki to teleport to the Nexus at will. In underwater areas this effect can be equipped but does not function.
Toy World (blue blocks)→ Go right and down from the entrance → Enter the door to the Red Brick Maze → Go: Right twice, Up three times and Right. → Enter the Door to the Mini Maze → In the maze, make your way to the right side of the map. → Head to the bottom of the map then go left to the middle. → You should see an eyeball bomb in a dead end. Walk to it to get the effect.
(If playing version 0.104e)
Toy World → Down until you reach a yellow track → Right until you see the door to the Day and Night Towers in a tree-like green structure → Climb the ladder → Go up past the Shadow Lady → Cross the hall with Mirror Urotsuki in it → Go down past the Sane Shadow Lady → Go through the door at the next landing to the Mini Maze → Use this map to find the Eyeball Bomb, it should be close by.
Telephone (くろでんわ)
Become a black Telephone
Appearance: Urotsuki's head becomes a black telephone.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) The telephone rings.
Location: Found in the Dark Room.
Practical Uses: This effect triggers reactions in some NPCs.
Marijuana Goddess World (colorful clamshell-like object)→ Go down from the entrance until you reach the bottom of some pink tiles on the right side of the screen. → Go left and enter the purple building → Dark Room → Go down twice to enter the Oni Musume Room → interact with the black telephone.
Maiko (まいこ)
Become a Maiko
Appearance: Urotsuki is dressed as a Maiko.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki's shoes make a different noise when she walks.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki bows.
Location: Found in the Shinto Shrine.
Practical Uses: Allows you to take the place of the geisha woman that manages the hotel in Japan Town, and also allows you to view the Odorika event.
Mushroom World → Go down a little bit and left from the entrance and interact with the green teleporter. → In the Bug Maze go: Left, Up, Right, Up, First Left and First Down. → Go between the plant stalks to reach The Hand Hub → Go down and take the first path going up → Interact with the portal to reach the Shinto Shrine (note that in 0.112b, if the ground around the shrine is not white/snowy, you need to wake up and come back) → Enter the larger shrine → Make your way to the large room with the door to the Sakura Path. → Go down the bottom left door and make your way down to a room with open double doors. → Interact with the ghostly Maiko.
Twintails (ツインテール)
Hairstyle becomes Twintails
Appearance: Urotsuki wears her hair in two long ponytails.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki kick out in whatever direction she's facing.
Location: Found in the Bazaar in The Deciding Street.
Practical Uses: Used to access a previously un-openable room in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments. Combines with the Maid outfit in the Dressing Room.
- You must have the Telephone effect first.
Heart World (gear with a heart inside it)→ Go down and left from the entrance. → Interact with the red shoes to reach Deciding Street → Enter the Bazaar (first door on the left) and then equip the Telephone effect. After a while, the pink figure will walk over and "answer" Urotsuki, prompting a short cutscene in which you obtain the effect.

- You must have the Chainsaw and the Telephone effects first.
Heart World → Go down and left from the entrance. → Interact with the red shoes to reach Deciding Street → room beside the street → kill the telephone and take its place by using Telephone effect to attract the pink figure.
Penguin (ぺんぎん)
Wear a Penguin costume
Appearance: Urotsuki is dressed as a penguin.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki automatically swims in underwater areas (like Atlantis, the Ocean Floor, and the Depths. Note: that she cannot interact with grounded objects in this state due to constantly swimming).
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki slides on her stomach. When in underwater areas, bubbles will burst behind her and she'll swim even faster than even the Bike effect. She will continue swimming in one direction of an arrow press until you press a different direction or she runs into something.
Location: Found in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments.
Practical Uses: Urotsuki is able to bypass some events by sliding.
Urotsuki's Dream Apartments (walk away from the door you exit from into the nexus and into a different one) → Interact with the game console.
Insect (むし)
Look like an Insect
Appearance: Urotsuki is dressed as an insect.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki is able to pass through the Scary Face NPCs.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki makes her rub her wings against each other and make a noise.
Location: Found at the Scenic Outlook in the altar area, accessed through the stone pillar behind the bug guard.
Practical Uses: This effect causes some NPCs to move toward you, similarly to the Cat effect from Yume Nikki.
Mushroom World → Go left and a little bit down from the entrance → Interact with the green teleporter → Bug Maze → Go left and take the path going up → Interact with the large purple flower → Scenic Outlook → Walk past the creature on top and interact with the grey obelisk → Go up and interact with the dark pink orb.
Spring (バネ)
Have Springs for legs
Appearance: Urotsuki dons a black suit and top hat with a red bow, and her legs become springs, resembling a Jack-in-the-Box.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki jumps in place. There is a small chance of her hat falling in front of her face and her adjusting it.
Location: Found in the Apartments.
Practical Uses: This effect can be used to jump up and reach otherwise inaccesible portions of some areas, notably Square-Square World's platforms.
Library (book)→ Apartment → A smaller apartment block. Enter the door on the second floor of that building and go down the hole that has tentacles protruding from it. → Interact with the red eye NPC → Enter the door → Interact with the green haired NPC.

Mushroom World → Go left and down from the entrance → Enter the large circle of mushrooms from the bottom and interact with the drooling face → Go down between the two eye stalks → Interact with the face again → Go left and up and interact with the dark grey obelisk → Interact with the dark grey obelisk again → Go right and up and interact with the white obelisk → Follow the path and go right at the first intersection, then enter the hole
Follow the path up and then go up the stairs and interact with the door → Enter the two blue doors and go straight down → Go left and down the stairs and exit at the top (not through any of the apartment doors) → Go up the stairs an enter the door on top → Enter the hole → Go right and interact with the white and black NPC, then continue right → Take the stairs up and interact with the green haired NPC in the room
Invisible (とうめい)
Become Invisible
Appearance: Urotsuki becomes a gray gradient, except for her shoes.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki turns invisible and vice versa.
Location: Found at the end of The Invisible Maze from the Bowling Zone.
Practical Uses: Allows her to be unseen by most chasers.
- You must have the Chainsaw and Fairy/Spacesuit effects first.
Forest World → Go right and interact with the white chocolate bar. → In the Chocolate World, take the narrow path with the brown and white tiles → Go up when you reach the dark chocolate path until you see a yellow and purple tree. → Interact with the tree to reach the Stone Maze → Go all the way to the right, use the fairy or spacesuit effect to get across the gap → Go all the way down and interact with the red bowling ball. → Make your way to the top of the alley (avoid the bowling balls) → Interact with the bowling pins on top to reach Bowling Pin World.
Go left until you reach a green and red bowling ball beside each other. → Go up until you reach four bowling pins and step on the small shadows. → Make your way to the top of the alleyway → Keep going up and interact with the tree. → Chainsaw the girl then turn back. → Follow whatever path that Yukata's facing → Interact with the purple silhouette.
Gakuran/School Boy (がくラン)
Wear a Gakuran cloak
Appearance: Urotsuki wears a Gakuran; a male Japanese school uniform.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki's shoes make clacking noises (like the Maiko effect).
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki flaps her cloak.
Location: Found in Monochrome Feudal Japan in the island area with different music.
Practical Uses: The girl looking out of the window in the School will look at you lovingly, and the Blue Beret Twin will move out of your way if you flap your cloak.
Garden World (two small flowers)→ Go left a bit then down from the entrance. → Enter the circle of buds then turn back. → Go down The Chainlink Path → Enter the hole at the end of the path to reach Blue Forest → Go left and interact with the easel to reach Art Gallery → Go right until you see a monochrome painting with many eyes → Interacting with it will take you to Monochrome Feudal Japan → Go right and enter the water→ Go down and right, cross a bridge and, continue going right until you enter the area with the buildings → Going down, find and enter the houses without a mesh until you find one that takes you to a dark hallway → Go left and then follow the path → Go left when the path firsts splits, continue, and then go right at the next intersection → Go down and interact with the blue-skin Gakuran
Plaster Cast (ギプス)
Put on a Plaster Cast
Appearance: Urotsuki has a plaster cast on her arm and wears it in a sling.
Passive Effect: Some NPCs will approach and "heal" Urotsuki: the angel in Fountain World, the nurse in the Underground TV Complex, and the rabbit in the Butterfly Forest.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki says one of her "I can't do that" lines.
Location: Found in Japan Town.
Practical Uses: None.
Marijuana Goddess World (colorful clamshell-like object) → Go down from the entrance until you reach the bottom of a group of pink tiles to the right of your screen. → Go left and enter the purple building to the Dark Room → Go down and then right → Go up the stairs → Go all the way to the right and down the stairs to the Sewers. → From here keep going left and up a ladder until you reach Japan Town. → Enter the alleyway → In the area with the moving ladders, go straight up and find/interact with Heishi-kun (the NPC wearing casts).
Stretch (せのび)
Grow taller
Appearance: Urotsuki is skinnier and twice her normal height.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki kneels down, cries, wipes her eye, and stands back up again.
Location: Found at the end of the Graffiti Maze.
Practical Uses: It is required (in addition to some money) to enter The Baddies Bar.
Graveyard World (tombstone) → Go left and up past the blue flame → Enter the vomiting heart's mouth. → Go left and enter the door. → Go left and through the corridor to the side. → In the third hallway, enter the first door and interact with the yellow NPC. → Make your way to the top of the maze and interact with the blue NPC. → Go down, right and up past the Hanging Girl → Interact with the bottom-right crystal → Go up the cliff and interact with the pink thing.
Haniwa/Gyroid (はにわ)
Become a Haniwa
Appearance: Urotsuki wears a haniwa costume.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki is much slower, as she can only hop in this form.
Action: (Pushing the action button) The eyes on the Haniwa costume light up.
Location: Found in the Haniwa Temple from Sign World.
Practical Uses: This effect allows Urotsuki to move the haniwa statue blocking the Haniwa Dance event.
Mushroom World → Go down a bit and left from the entrance, interact with the green teleporter. → In the Bug Maze go: Left, second Up, Right, Up as far as you can, Right, Up and Left → Interact withe the gray sign to reach the Sign Maze → Go up from where you are until you reach four poles placed in the shape of a step. → Go up a bit and left from them. → You should see a brown winged NPC near two rows of signs. Go between the signs.
Go left and up and interact with the clay ball. → Go right, interacting with the gyroids to melt them, and up the stairs → interact with the gray Haniwa.
Trombone (トロンボーン)
Have a Trombone
Appearance: Urotsuki holds a trombone.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki plays a few varied notes on the trombone.
Location: Found in The Baddies Bar.
Practical Uses: Allows Urotsuki to play a duet with Elvis Masada.
- You must have the Chainsaw/Rainbow/Latern effect first.
Geometry World → Go left slightly and down → Interact with the top of the snake-like squiggly line. → Enter the mouth of Smokin' HAL then leave → Broken Face Area → Go left and then down past the UFO building. Interact with the green NPC. → Baddies Bar → Go up and right to a long zipper → Use the Chainsaw/Rainbow/Latern effect to open the zip on the wall → Interact with the flashing man with a trombone.
Cake (ケーキ)
Wear Cake on your head
Appearance: Urotsuki has a piece of cake on her head.
Passive Effect: Sweets Musume in Cutlery World quickly runs towards you with a crazy look on her face.
Action: (Pushing the action button) The icing on the cake drips, and Urotsuki wipes it away.
Location: Found in Cutlery World.
Practical Uses: Changes Urotsuki's size in the Toy World without having to eat the cheese.
Rock World(triangular rock)→ Go west until you reach cardboard castle. Enter into it. → In Theatre World head down and a bit right. Enter the archway covered with vines. → In Cutlery World, head down, enter the left archways going down, then back right to the middle of the map. → Interact with the large silver spoon. → Go left and interact with the cake girl.

Child (こども)

Appearance: Urotsuki's proportions shrink by a factor of 2.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki can fit through small holes. Certain NPCs react to this effect, including Seishonen and the White Maiden.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki jumps in the air and braces herself when she lands, as if she had hit her head.
Location: Found in a room in the Pyramid Maze of the Hourglass Desert, accessed from the egg in the uterus-shaped area at the end of the Ocean Floor.
Practical Uses: Can fit into small gaps similar to the Fairy effect, and can be used to view the Lonely Urotsuki event at the Underwater Amusement Park from a different perspective.
- Note: The path to the Apartments from the library is only available if you've been to the Apartments at least once.
Library → Interact with the book on the last of the bookshelves in the bottom row. → Leave the apartment you're teleported to, go down the stairs and up the small piece of land beside it. → Enter the bottom door and interact with the teleporter inside. → Make your way to the Submarine using the map → Enter the submarine (Just keep going back and forth on the walkway to it if it's closed). → wait until the background pan slows and the emergency alarm goes off → Ocean Floor → Find and interact with the egg using this map → Child Room → interact with the egg.
Little Red Riding Hood (あかずきん)
Wear a Little Red Riding Hood costume
Appearance: Urotsuki wears a red hood and carries a basket.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki takes food out of her basket and eats it.
Location: Found in the Fairy Tale Woods.
Practical Uses: By interacting with the apple on the stump in the Fairy Tale Woods, you can enter the Apple House.
Geometry World → Go left slightly and down → Interact with the top of the snake-like squiggly line. → Enter the mouth of Smokin' HAL then leave → Broken Face Area → Go down and left from where you spawn. → Enter the blue UFO building. → Interact with the UFO until you're teleported to a room with red walls. → Leave the Fairy Tale Cottage. → Go down and interact with the apple on the tree.
Tissue (ティッシュ)
Become a Tissue box
Appearance: Urotsuki's head is a tissue box.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki takes a tissue from her head and puts it on the ground.
Location: Found in White Fern World by travelling up to the top of the cylindrical tower and interacting with the tissue on the roof.
Practical Uses: Can be leave up to 5 markers (i.e., tissues) on the ground, similar to the Poop Hair effect from Yume Nikki.
Mushroom World → Go directly up from the entrance. → When you see the purple teleporter, go left. → Interact with the NPC among the bopping eyeballs and mushrooms. → Go between the huge eyeballs to White Mushroom World. → Interact with the NPC and you'll be free to move around. → Go north-east to where you arrived initially then go left. → Interact with the white teleporter.
White Fern World → Follow the path of multi-coloured faces until you reach a huge area. → Step into the square in the middle of the circle. → Go left and up in the next area. → Enter the dark cylindrical building. → Climb the tower → Interact with the tissue.
Bat (コウモリ)
Gain the wings of a Bat
Appearance: Urotsuki has bat wings. There's a chance that this will be accompanied by demon horns and a tail.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki hovers in certain areas.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki flaps her wings a few times and marks the spot she's standing in. Doing it a second time will make her fly out of the map and appear in the spot you previously marked, as long as the spot is on the same map as you are on right now. (not in the same world; some worlds, for example the Forest Pier, are composed of multiple maps) Sometimes she may say one of her "I can't do that" lines.
Location: Found in the area across the river of the Tribe Settlement.
Practical Uses: Most notably, it's primarily used to return to earlier sections of a map if you are unsure you will be able to return otherwise.
- You must have the Teru Teru Bōzu and the Rainbow effects first.
Marijuana Goddess World → Head down from the entrance until you reach the bottom of a group of pink tiles to the right of your screen. → Go left and enter the purple building. → Go down and left. → Enter the Konami Code by going through the doors (Man is B, Woman is A). → Interact with the statue to reach Tribe Settlement → Head up to the river and use Teru Teru Bōzu + Rainbow effects to create a rainbow bridge. → Go up and interact with the demon.

- You must have the Invisible effect first.
Marijuana Goddess World → Go down from the entrance until you reach the bottom of a group of pink tiles to the right of your screen. → Go left and enter the purple building. → Go down, right and up the stairs. → Go all the way to the right and down the stairs to the Sewers. → Keep going left and up the ladder until you reach Japan Town. → Monochrome Feudal Japan → FC Basement (use Invisible effect to go pass the eye) → Tribe Settlement → Interact with the demon.
Polygon (ポリゴン)
Look like a Polygon
Appearance: Urotsuki's whole body is polygonal.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) A green outline surrounds Urotsuki, changing her model from low resolution to high resolution and vice versa.
Location: Found on the roof of the Warehouse.
Practical Uses: Can be used to obtain a wallpaper in Jigsaw Puzzle World by interacting with the mirror behind the witch while it's blue, as well as make the objects in Binary World take form.
Red Streetlight World → Go right to reach a streetlight that has four lamps on one side. → Gray Road → Go up and left, go off road and find a stairway. → Leave the building to reach Grass World → Head up to a bunch of tall red plant stalks, then go right and interact with the small four-leafed plant to reach the Warehouse → Head up to the rooftop and interact with the moving polygon.

Toy World → Go right and make your way up to the ladder. → Head down to the where two footprints are and jump. → Go down until you see a shadow lady near where a tic-tac-toe game is. → Go left and eat the cheese. → Destroy all the buildings until you are turned small. → You will now be in Gray Road. → Go up and left, go off road and find a stairway. → Leave the building to reach Grass World → Head up to a bunch of tall red plant stalks, then go right and interact with the small four-leafed plant to reach the Warehouse → Head up to the rooftop and interact with the moving polygon.
Teru Teru Bōzu (てるてるぼうず)
Become a Paper Doll
Appearance: The majority of Urotsuki's body becomes a Teru Teru Bōzu: a paper doll that is said to have the power to prevent rainy days.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Makes it rain (or sometimes snow)/sunny again.
Location: Found at the end of the Dark Stairs Zone in the Dark Alleys.
Practical Uses: Can be used with the Rainbow effect to create a bridge to the lake area of the Tribe Settlement. Can also put out fires (such as the lit candles in Neon Candle World and the Music Box Creature's lit fireplace).
Toy World → Gray Road → Grass World → Floating Stone World → Dark Alleys → Interact with the Teru Teru Bōzu.

Go off road and go down the staircase. → Go right to leave the building. → Go down and right. Go between two blue pillars. → Go down and right from the pillars. → Interact with the stone on the ground surrounded by floating stones. → Dark Alleys → Go right and up the alleyway. Go right again and up the first alleyway you find. Go left. → Dark Staircase → Make your way down to the end of the tunnels. Interact with the Teru Teru Bōzu at the end of a long staircase.
Marginal (マージナル)
Become a Marginal Vivid Worker
Appearance: Urotsuki transforms into a Marginal Vivid Worker.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki is slightly slower in this form.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki's forehead bleeds a little.
Location: Found in the Broken Faces Area.
Practical Uses: Can be used to obtain the temporary Witch effect from Jigsaw Puzzle World by interacting with the mirror in the room behind the witch when it is blue, as well as access the hidden platform with wires above it in Binary World.
Geometry World → Go left slightly and down → Interact with the top of the snake-like squiggly line. → Enter the mouth of Smokin' HAL then leave → Broken Face Area → Go left until you see a dark face with blood leaking out of it. → Go down and interact with the Marginal Vivid Worker (the NPC with several heads/legs).
Drum (ドラムかん)
Become a steel Drum
Appearance: Urotsuki's torso is a red steel drum.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in Purple World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to buy a special drink in the Cyber Bar.
Purple World → Go right and take an upwards path. → If you see a red oil drum interact with it.
Grave (おはか)
Become a Gravestone
Appearance: Urotsuki's head becomes a gravestone.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in Graveyard World.
Practical Uses: None.
Graveyard World → Go left and up from the entrance → Go up past the vomiting heart and interact with the walking gravestone.
Crossing (ふみきり)
Become a Crossing sign
Appearance: Urotsuki's head is a railroad crossing sign.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki puts her arms out and the lights flash.
Location: Found in Heart World.
Practical Uses: Pushing the action key once will make some NPCs stop moving.
- Note: You must have at least fifteen effects before you can get the Crossing effect.
Heart World → Go down and left from the entrance to reach the shoes that bring you to Deciding Street. → Go a little to the left and down from those. → Interact with the railroad crossing sign.
Bunny Ears (うさみみ)
Gain Bunny Ears
Appearance: Urotsuki wears a set of pink rabbit ears on her head.
Passive Effect: The character that gives you the effect runs around you when equipped.
Action: (Pushing the action button) Urotsuki takes the ears off her head and replaces them with another set of a different color. There are four different colored ears she can wear: pink, red, white or black.
Location: Found in Eyeball Archives on the edge of the platform.
Practical Uses: Interacting with the rabbit in Chocolate World will teleport you to one of four areas depending on the Urotsuki's position on the map's axis. In addition, interacting with the Glitchman atop one of the Industrial Towers will change the time from day to night.
- You must have the Glasses effect first. You must also have at least 20 money.
Library → Equip the Glasses effect and go straight down (You must keep the Glasses on for most of this). → A moving book will appear on the bookshelf to your right. → Interact with it to get to the Eyeball Archives → Go up from where you stand until you reach an NPC surrounded by arrows. → Go left past the bookshelves. There should be a sparkling book on the table below you. Interact with it.
Head back to the library from where you entered. There should now be a moving book beside you. → Take it and go back. → Go up in the Archives until you reach an NPC behind a counter. → Interact with the right side of the counter and go up past the hazard tape. Go up the ladder. → Enter the room to your left. → Talk to the NPC on the right. For 10 money he will play a song that Urotsuki will listen to. → When he's finished leave. The NPCs blocking the ladder will now be gone. → Go up the ladder to the Moon. → Go up to the Moon and interact with it so the camera pans up to it. → interact with the Bunny Ears.
Dice (サイコロ)
Become a dice
Appearance: Urotsuki becomes a six-sided die.
Passive Effect: Urotsuki cannot pinch her cheeks to wake up, because of her lack of arms.
Action: Urotsuki, as a dice, tosses herself up and lands with a random side. There's a chance a red eye will be the front face upon rolling.
Location: Found in Acerola World, after interacting with the rolling cycloptic dice.
Practical Uses: None
Head to the red and white object in the Nexus to go to Shield Owl World, move diagonally south and east until you find a purple gateway. Go south of the gate to find a bleeding tree, interact with it, and arrive in Acerola World. Head north to find the rolling dice.
