Keibetsuki wears a gradiented sweatshirt with a purple symbol resembling a target on its centre, dark purple jeans, and darker colored shoes. His hair is brown and short in length.
A line of dialog in-game suggests that "Keibetsuki" is not his real name, with it more likely being a nickname.
Personality
Keibetsuki is talkative but also snarky and somewhat blunt. According to himself, he was never keen on playing darts, despite the amount of target-like symbols found throughout his mind's locations.
