Pale has pale skin, red eyes, and messy, short white hair. In the real world, he wears blue-striped hospital pajamas. While dreaming, Pale wears a red turtleneck sweater with a black X and dark red shorts with no shoes. Official art shows that Pale wears a red ankle bracelet and has self-harm scars on his wrists.
