Appearance: Cloe's sprite turns into a Madotsuki-style one.

Location: Found in X World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the left door in the nexus. Head southwest from the door and interact with an X NPC that spins clockwise like a pinwheel. In the next area, go northeast and enter the building. Head north and a brief cutscene will play. Go back south and interact with a circle.
Nurse
Zzz... Was I a nurse? I don't think so, but I remember I used to take care of a couple of people... Who would they be?
Appearance: Cloe wears a nurse's uniform.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in the Flowers World.
Practical Uses: None.
Enter the right door in the nexus. Head northeast and pick up a nurse's hat between four flowers.
Time Maiden
For some reason.. I feel very comfortable, this outfit matches well with the clock in my room.
Appearance: Cloe wears a steampunk costume.
Passive Effect: Cloe's movement speed is increased.
Action: None.
Location: Found in X World.
Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the dream world a lot faster.
Enter the left door in the nexus. Head a bit left and then down from a pillar. Enter the building and pick up the hat.

Enter the left door in the nexus. Head a bit southwest from the door and interact with an X NPC that spins clockwise like a pinwheel. In the next area, go southwest to find the menu theme NPC.
Window Skin 3
Enter the right door in the nexus. Head a bit west and then down to find the menu theme NPC.
