Juventud/Young
In nexus interact with top-middle symbol to go to Star World, go roughly south-east and find a weird yellow humanoid like figure, interact with it to get effect.
Pistola/Pistol
You need Young Effect.
In nexus interact with the first from right symbol to go in Gray Faces World, go north-west to the two faces and from them go north, walk between two gray pillars (from behind), in slightly north-west direction find eye on the wall and interact with it, find some kind of entrance but before that use Young Effect to go in Place of Crime, go south two rooms and interact with the pistol in room from left to get effect.
Hombre Oscuro/Dark Man
In nexus interact with the first from right symbol to go in Gray Faces World, go roughly north-east and find a little black and white boy interact with him to get effect.
Miron/Voyeur
In nexus interact with the middle symbol to go in Blue Doodles World, go south-west and under wall find a different from eachother doodle like creature,interact with it to get effect.
Bolsa en la cara/Plastic Bag
In nexus interact with the bottom-middle symbol to go in Dark Forest World, go north-east and find a bag on the rock, interact with it to get effect.
Falso Zorro/Fake Fox
In nexus interact with the upper-left symbol to go in Fairytale Field, go roughly north-east or south east and find a fox npc, interact with him to get effect.
Doug Bigham
In nexus interact with the bottom left symbol to go in Hod, go north and interact with the brown haired girl, after small scene you will get effect.
Doug...
In nexus interact with the bottom left symbol to go in Hod, go south-east to the big house climb by the steps to the colorful boy NPC and interact with him, go and enter the right eye, there must be a random chance that in next area should be Oldman Doug if he not there wake up, sleep and try past steps again, when you meet him interact with this oldman to get effect.
Funeral
In nexus interact with second from right symbol to go to Shadow Swamp, go east and interact with the old lady, go east then enter the black archway. enter the next room on the right and interact with the man in the black tuxedo to get effect.
Soldador/Welder Mask
In nexus interact with the bottom right symbol, to the World of Body Parts (?), go south-west and interact with the big red head, there is random chance that in metal construct like area on the bottom floor should lay a welding mask, if in to there enter and leave this area repeatedly until mask will be there, interact with it to get effect.
MascaraOmc/Gas Mask
In nexus interact with the bottom middle symbol to go in World of Letters, go slightly north-west and interact with the sitting smiling man to get effect.
Uniforme anti-motines/Police Riot Uniform
Interact with the left middle symbol to go in Gevurra, go slightly south-east and interact with the red haired NPC, in next area go south-east to the exit, go north and walk between two red faces, go north, walk all way to the exit from the path, go north and walk between two mooshrooms with crying faces, go north and walk between two blue hands, interact with the bloody uniform stand to get effect.
Imagen/Responsible Adult
In nexus interact with the first from right symbol to go in Gray Faces World, go north-west to the two faces and from them go north, walk between two gray pillars (from behind), in slightly north-west direction find eye on the wall and interact with it, find some kind of entrance, you will be in another place with a blue floor and many inscriptions, there must be a random chance that after some seconds you will be sent in War Field, if you got in another place, wake up sleep again and repeat same steps until arrive in War Field, from a statue go west and find a strange NPC with a white skin, interact with him to get effect.
Brujo Negro or Brujo Blanko/Back or White Mask
In nexus interact with second from right symbol to go to Shadow Swamp, go east and interact with the old lady, go all way east, in Geometry Place go north and interact with the green haired NPC, go north and interact with him again, then you should should push any of number keys 1-4, after scene interact with the red haired NPC, go south to the cyan haired NPC interact with the white mist when he ran away, in complex of room go north four times, to the room with a two row of big doors, enter in any of those doors and interact with NPC inside to get any of effects. Note Right Doors - White Mask, Left Doors - Black Mask.
Espanto/Terror
You need Black or Whire Mask to get effect.
In nexus interact with the bottom left symbol to go in The Village (?), go north-east to the scarecrow behind the fence, use any of Masks to remove rocks from your way, interact with the scarecrow to get effect.
Nino/Child
You need Black or White Mask.
In nexus interact with the upper-left symbol to go in Fairytale Field, go north to the mouse which surrounded by rocks, use Black or White Mask effect to remove rocks and interact with the mouse, go by the path to boy NPC and interact with him, go all way to the south-east exit, interact with the kid Doug to get effect.
Pesadelo/Fright
Follow Child effect guide to the Doug's room, leave room, go north-west and interact with the black creature to get effect.
Peluche/My Hero
In nexus interact with the bottom-middle symbol to go in Dark Forest World, go north-east and find exit, go north and without Crow effect interact with father and daughter, after scene go south to leave area, go south and find white mist thing then interact with it, in complex of rooms, go east, north, east, east, in Lave Lake Place navigate your way to the plush cat NPC, interact with it to get effect.
Kama El
Interact with the left middle symbol to go in Gevurra, go south-east and interact with the big red face, enter the red demon's entrance, go all way east and interact with the blue NPC, in next area avoiding first Kama Els aka red demons find and interact with Doug's daughter Saya, she must give to Doug something, then you should let red demons catch you, wait your row on ahem punishment/execution but when you will under big red demon's fist push up button in right time, after some scene, crawl east, talk with demon known as Uncle, you will get effect automatically after his monologue, go east and enjoy by your demon self, if you can, like you it or not but you should eat everyone, after feast you will wake up.
Gag Effects
Pianista Espacial/Piano Man
This effect can be tricky, in nexus interact with the bottom-middle symbol to go in The Dark Forest World, in random chances there must be Seccom Masada Sensei, or he not here go north-west and enter the next area, go north he should be there but in random chances, if he not there either, wake up, sleep and try same steps again until not meet alien music teacher, interact wtih him to get gag effect.
Abejita/Bee
Just like effect above this one can be really tricky too, in nexus interact with the upper-left symbol to go in Fairytale Field, go north to the stone fence thing with mouse behind it, from it go west, you must find a big bee like NPC, if he not there, woke up, sleep and try same steps again until meet the bee, interact with him to get effect.
Mafioso/Mafia
In nexus interact with the bottom right symbol, to the World of Body Parts (?), go north-east to the gray building, from it go west until see the bed below you, there is random chance that near to the bed should be a stand with mafia's clothes, if it not there, wake up, sleep and repeat same steps until stand will appear near to the bed, interact with the stand to get effect.
Musculoso/Muscular
Follow Police Riot Uniform guide to the place with walls of red faces, there must a chance that muscular uboa like NPC should walk there, if its not, wake up, sleep and repeat same steps again until find muscular Uboa, interact with this NPC to get effect.
Endings
Ending 1
After collecting all effects in real world should appear notification about to press number 1 key, press it to see ending.
Ending 2
Collect all effects BUT in moment confrontation with Saya (Doug´s daughter) you should kill her by gun, then will be some LONG event with teen Doug and his new silly friend Soraya finish it, after that sleep again and go to the Hod, go south and enter the house, using Dark Man/Hombre Oscuro effect interact with the black girl with a blue eyes in inside house, after funeral event, there will another LONG event with teen Doug and Soraya, complete it too, repeat same steps stating from black girl with blue eyes funeral event, there will another Doug and Soraya scene but since game is cancelled this scene will be very short, collect remained effects and wake up, in real world should appear notification about to press number 1 key, press it to see ending, but this ending should be different from the first one.
Ending 3/True End
Follow Ending 2 guide to the end, but in room before nexus interact with a silhouette behind window several times, there will be picture of dark man, in random cases his face must be different and then gangster chaser should appear in the room, use Kama El and eat him, after some another interactions with the silhouette there must be picture of Dougm, but its like disturbing scheme, probably you should use Kama El and or Pistol and kill MANY NPCs, after that go in Hod, go south and enter the house, if everything worked and been done there must be a black screen and unpleasant sound, after that sence play yourself to the ending.
