Intro
After the introductory cutscene, walk down to the "Open" sign and turn off both sides. The path behind the counter will open. Walk up the path and exit the building. Pick up the trash bag next to the exit then go right to the trashcans. Interact with the trashcans to throw out the trash then return to the bar. There should now be four NPCs in the bar that you can interact with.
Extras Guide
Stone Swallow
receive stones
Interact with the NPC at the top-most table. Go south from the table until you hit the edge of the land. You should see a white stone patch at the bottom-right corner of your screen. Make your way to this stone patch by going south, right, then up a narrow path. Go down the two ladders and talk to the tall NPC.
Preparation H
it's much much better than nothing
(Stone Swallow extra and Half-Blue Ball trinket is needed.)
Interact with the NPC at the second table from the top. Go left until you hit a blue brick wall. Use the Half-Blue Ball to move the NPC blocking the doorway then go up to enter the next room. Go up again and use the Stone Swallow on the blue boulder. Talk to the blue knight to get the extra.
Accutane

Interact with the NPC sitting at the fourth table (second from the bottom). Use the Exhume to the bottom-left of the table. Go down the ladder; in the coffin area, follow the path south west and go up the stairs at the end. Go down the stairs to your right to reach the next area. Go south-west again and interact with the open coffin containing a mummy.
Exhume
for grave robberies (crimes of passion)
Interact with the NPC at the bottom-most table. Go north until you hit a wall; you should see a small black and white building on the other side of the wall. Make your way to this building and enter it. Once inside, go up and interact with the knight standing at a dead-end.
Rash Skin
pretend to be red
Interact with the NPC at the bottom-most table. Go up the narrow path that two white ghost-like NPCs are standing near. You should arrive at a dead-end with a red butt NPC walking around. Interact with the butt.
Trinkets Guide
Half-Blue Ball
go full blue on the go
(Stone Swallow extra is needed.)
Interact with the NPC at the top-most table. Go right past the flames and use the Stone Swallow on one of the boulders. Enter the doorway, go south-east in the next area and enter the cave in the wall shaped like a reverse, upside-down L. Go right and talk to the blue NPC.

Interact with the NPC at the top-most table. Go north-west to a pair of graves on a white stone path and use the Exhume extra on the bottom grave. Go down the ladder. Go south-east in the next area and interact with the chest at the bottom of a tree.
Cold Brew

(Exhume extra is needed.)
Interact with the NPC sitting at the fourth table (second from the bottom). Go south-east and use the Exhume extra on the grave just below a pyramid (and a few steps above the river). Walk down the ladder. Once at the bottom, go left and enter the doorway. In the dancing mummy area, go right until you find yourself directly to the left of three pyramids. From here, go down into the mini-maze. Go down the path directly to your left and interact with the black and green chest.
