Overview
Okutsuki (奥津城) is one of the protagonists of Kou (絞), the other being Nawatsuki (なわつき).
Appearance
Okutsuki has shoulder-length green hair with long bangs and wears black bands around their wrists. When awake, Okutsuki's hair is messier, and they wear a grey shirt with dark grey pants and no socks or shoes. While dreaming, their bangs are pulled aside with a red hair clip to show their left eye, which is shown to be black in a mirror. There is an effect that changes Okutsuki's left eye to be blue, and one that reveals their right eye to be red. In the real world, the right eye effect's name changes to be called a prosthetic eye. Okutsuki's dream form also has them wear a grey and green hoodie and lighter grey pants with black shoes. They wear a black choker with a triangle charm. Okutsuki has two red markings under their left eye, similar to teardrops.
