Overview

My Favorite is a Yume Nikki fangame made by Panda . It stars Kanariya (かなりや) , a young girl you find in a birdcage.

Gameplay

In My Favorite, the goal is to explore, collect effects and items to try and find out Kanariya's past. The game is known for having multiple alternate endings.

Plot

At first It is unknown if there is a "real" world, or if the world Kanariya is found in is her subconsciousness, but after getting one of the endings, you realize you have been asleep the whole time.

My favorite is known for having multiple endings depending on what you do toward the end of the game, but the effects/items you collect piece together some of the possible endings.

Effects

In My Favorite you can collect both effects and items, but only use effects.

Name	Image	Description
Small Bird (ことり)		Kanariya becomes a small yellow bird. It will help you to find some secret in some places.
Dress (ドレス)		Kanariya wears a red dress.
Pendant (ペンダント)		Kanariya wears a gold pendant with a large red gem in the center. Pressing action button makes her raise up her pendant and make the screen color change.
Picture Book (絵本)		Kanariya rides on a large orange floating book. Equipping this effect increases her speed.
Yurishia (ゆりしあ)		Kanariya becomes her blue-haired friend.

In certain worlds, such as sketch world, Kanariya will become a sketchy version of herself and other doodles in the world, but they are not collectible effects.
