Overview
A is the protagonist of NostAlgic. Although A seems to be of ambiguous gender, with the profile picture completely obscuring their features, one of the effects give A a more feminine look. A lot of fans think A is a girl, but they could also be a boy.
Yet it is possible that A is linked with Allan. In nostAlgic's newest update (ver. 0.07), the name of A becomes Allan when entering "the home" in any ending. A is a presumably reclusive kid who consequently refuses to leave their room. A's gender is debated, though their item screen includes the word "boku", the informal Japanese way for a man to refer to himself.
Appearance
A has shoulder-length blond hair that covers their eyes, a light blue-green long sleeved shirt with a red "A" in the middle, blue pants and brown shoes.

Personality
A is not very aggressive, unlike most dreamers, and their dreams are rather light and calming. They seem to have a very childish side, and seem to have been mothered a lot.
Past
From their dreams and the ending of nostAlgic, A most likely was very close to their mother, and was loved by her, and they loved her in return. They don't seem to have any sort of spite toward their mother, but rather fear, and even so they still seem to love her very much.
