Overview

＊MARSHMALLOW＊ is a Japanese Yume Nikki Fangame created by Hokotate Makoto in RPG Maker XP.

Gameplay

＊MARSHMALLOW＊ plays like a traditional Yume Nikki fangame. The player saves by sleeping in bed and enters the dream world by leaving the room through the door. The main objective of the game is to explore the dream world and collect all the effects (えふぇくと).

You play as a girl named Mayumi and explore her dream world.

＊Bunny＊ (＊うさちゃん＊)		Mayumi wears a pair of bunny ears with a matching pink dress. Pressing Shift makes her shrink.
＊Candy＊ (＊きゃんでぃ＊)		Mayumi's head becomes a lollipop. Pressing Shift makes her head twirl.
＊Mermaid＊ (＊にんぎょ＊)		Mayumi becomes a mermaid. Pressing Shift increases her movement speed.
＊Unicorn＊ (＊ゆにこーん＊)		Mayumi's hair becomes multicolored and she has the ears and horn of a unicorn. Pressing Shift tints the screen color.
＊Magical＊ (＊まじかる＊)		Mayumi holds a wand with a heart at the end. Pressing Shift causes her to transform into a magical girl, allowing her to kill NPCs by interacting with them.
＊Little Devil＊ (＊こあくま＊)		Mayumi is dressed like the chasers in the game, causing other chasers to ignore her.
＊Balloon＊ (＊ふーせん＊)		Mayumi holds a pink heart-shaped balloon. Pressing Shift makes her float upwards, returning her to the Nexus.
＊Billow(ing)＊ (＊もくもく＊)		Mayumi becomes a small cloud. Pressing Shift will change the weather, alternating between rain, snow and dry weather.
＊Uniform＊ (＊せいふく＊)		Mayumi wears a school uniform. Pressing Shift changes her face to be etched out in green, causing some NPCs to ignore her.
＊Alien＊ (＊うちゅうじん＊)		Mayumi becomes an alien with antennae. Pressing Shift makes her send out a signal, drawing NPCs to her.
＊Princess＊ (＊おひめさま＊)		Mayumi is dressed as a princess.
＊Braid＊ (＊みつあみ＊)		Mayumi has longer hair worn in braided twin-tails.
＊Jellyfish＊ (＊くらげ＊)		Mayumi becomes a jellyfish, decreasing her speed.
＊Medicine＊ (＊おくすり＊)		Mayumi has a medicine capsule for a head.
＊Baby＊ (＊あかちゃん＊)		Mayumi becomes a baby, allowing her to fit through small spaces.
＊Azalea＊ (＊つつじ＊)		Mayumi wears an azalea flower in her hair.
＊＊		Mayumi's eyes turn green, affecting how certain NPCs interact with her.
