Overview

Ex.Emi is a Japanese Yume Nikki fangame created by Bokonyan in RPG Maker 2000.

Gameplay

Ex.Emi is a traditional fangame. You can enter the dream world by interacting with a mirror and taking some sleeping pills. You can save by taking a shower. You can also interact with futon. Press Shift to sit down (no effects). In the dream world, you must first put on your shoes and leave the dream apartment before you can use effects or open the menu.

Plot

You play as Emi (笑美), a young woman who refuses to leave her apartment.

Effect	Image	Description
Guitar (ギター)		Emi holds a guitar. Pressing Shift causes her to play some notes.
Straight Razor (かみそり)		Emi holds a straight razor, allowing her to kill NPCs that may leave money behind.
Gull (かもめ)		Emi turns into a gull, doubling her speed.
Child (こども)		Emi turns into a child. Pressing Shift causes her to ride a bicycle.
Electric Guitar (エレキギター)		Emi wears other clothes and holds an electric guitar. Pressing Shift causes her to play some notes.
Sand Cat (スナネコ)		Emi turns into anthropomorphic sand cat. Pressing Shift causes her to turn into a real sand cat.
Pill Bug (ダンゴムシ)		Emi turns into a Pill Bug allowing her to go into small holes. Pressing Shift makes her curl up.
Twilight (トワイライト)		Emi's sprite colors change to shades of blue. Pressing Shift lights up dark areas.
Slug (なめくじ)		Emi turns into a slug, decreasing her speed. Pressing Shift makes it rain.
Amorphous (ふていけい)		Emi turns into a amorphous creature, decreasing her speed.
Yukata (ゆかた)		Emi wears a white yukata and wears her hair in an odango style. Pressing Shift makes her let her hair down, or tie it back into an odango.
Enypniastes Eximia (ユメナマコ)		Emi turns into a Enypniastes eximia (the swimming sea cucumber). Pressing Shift causes her to spin around.
Putrid (ふらん)		Emi's body becomes putrid . Pressing Shift let some flies make a noise around her.
Hime (ひめ)		Emi turns into a hime (Japanese princess).
