Overview

REM is an English fangame made by CoconutBun in GameMaker Studio 2. It is an entry for Dream Diary Jam 3.

Gameplay

REM is a traditional fangame. The player enters the dream world by sleeping in the bed, and saves using the computer beside the bed. The goal of the game is to explore and find effects. In addition to effects, the player can also collect little orbs scattered around the various dream worlds and unlock wallpapers for the computer.

Move - WASD keys / Arrow Keys
Interact - E / Z
Wake Up - 1
Effect Menu - Space / X
Effect Action - Shift
Toggle Fullscreen - F

Plot

You explore the dreams of Juke.

Effects

Name	Image	Description
Bunny		Juke has rabbit ears. This effect increases her speed. Pressing Shift allows her to walk slowly.
GameBoy		Juke becomes a GameBoy console. Pressing Shift returns her to the Nexus.
Camera		Juke's head is replaced with a camera. Pressing Shift activates the camera, making the screen flash. Used to unlock wallpapers.
Demon		Juke becomes a demon, allowing her to melt snow.
Bomb		Juke has a bomb for a head. Pressing Shift makes her place the bomb on the ground, blowing up obstacles.
Bunny Suit		Juke wears a bunny suit, increasing her speed. Holding Shift makes her walk slowly.
