Overview

Clouding-999 is an English Yume Nikki fangame created by Windmills123. It was developed in RPG Maker 2003 for Dream Diary Jam 6.

Gameplay

Version 1.0

Clouding-999 is a traditional fangame. You access the dream world by entering the bed. Your main goal in the game is to explore and collect effects. You can save your progress by using the computer in the bedroom.

Controls

Move - Arrow Keys
Interact/Select - Z/Space
Open Menu/Cancel - X/Esc
Effect Action - 1
Wake Up - 9
Remove Effect - 3
Exit Computer - Shift

Plot

You play as Fairutsuki as they explore a different world from their bed. Not much else is known about the game's plot.

Effects

Name	Image	Description
Speed		Fairutsuki gets hyped up, increasing their speed. Pressing 1 makes their eyes move.
Pixel		Fairutsuki becomes pixelated. Can fit into tiny areas.
Suit		Fairutsuki wears a suit.
Lightbulb		Fairutsuki becomes a lightbulb. Pressing 1 switches the lightbulb off.

Effect Mixes

Earmuffs (Speed + Pixel)		Fairutsuki wears earmuffs.
Letter (Speed + Suit)		Fairutsuki's head turns into a letter. Pushing the action button returns them to the nexus.
Car (Speed + Lightbulb)		Fairutsuki rides a car. Pressing 1 sounds the car's horn.
Disguise (Pixel + Suit)		Fairutsuki is disguised as one of the recurring NPCs in the dream world. Pressing 1 plays a sound effect.
Cables (Pixel + Lightbulb)		Fairutsuki holds a set of cables.
Cogs (Suit + Lightbulb)		Fairutsuki's body is covered by cogs.
