Overview
Dream Seed is an English Yume Nikki/Madoka Magica fangame by Kittybags. It was created for Dream Diary Jam 7 in RPG Maker MV. This fangame is available to play on Windows and Mac.
Gameplay
Dream Seed is a traditional fangame. The dream world can be accessed by sleeping in the bed. The goal of the game is to explore and collect items. Players can save at any time from the menu.
Controls

- Open Menu/Cancel - X/Esc
- Effect Action - Q
- Wake Up - W
Plot
You play as a magical girl named Homura Akemi and explore her dreams.

Homura wears red ribbons in her hair. Pressing Q returns her to the Nexus. |
| Shield |   |
Homura equips a shield. Pressing Q stops time makes the dream world turn grayscale and stopping most NPC movement. Pressing Q again undoes this. |
| Desert Eagle Mark XIX |   |
Homura wields a Desert Eagle Mark XIX. Certain NPCs will run away from her while this item's equipped. Pressing Q causes Homura to fire the gun in place. Interacting with most NPCs will result in Homura shooting them. |
