Overview

Oblivion is an English Yume Nikki fangame created by myrica. It was made for Dream Diary Jam 2 in RPG Maker VX Ace.

Gameplay

Oblivion is a traditional fangame. The player enters the dream world by interacting with the computer. From there, the goal is to explore and collect effects. The player can save by interacting with the bed.

Controls

• Move - Arrow Keys
• Interact/Select - Z/Space
• Open Menu/Cancel - X/Esc
• Effect Action - Shift

Plot

You explore the dreams of the protagonist Ayano. Food/candy is a common motif for the effects.

Effect	Image	Description
Jelly Satellite		Ayano has satellite panels on either side of her head. This effect increases her speed.
Spirit Lantern		Ayano carries a lantern.
Crystal Dandelion		Ayano is covered in crystals.
Caramel Fork		Ayano carries a large fork as a weapon. Allows you to kill NPCs by pressing Z.
Milkyway Umbrella		Ayano has a white umbrella. Pressing Shift makes her float in the air, allowing her to go faster.
Peanut Butter Mud		Ayano is made of peanut butter and moves slower.
Sakura Tea		Ayano wears a kimono.
